Wonder

While 'Wonder' is a book listed as children's literature, even if you are an adult, you will find it interesting. This novel was written by Raquel Jaramillo. The story started when Palacio and her 3-year-old boy waiting to get ice-cream, when her boy noticed a little girl who has a birth defect on her face. Because of the unfamiliarity and his age, the boy started to cry, and to not upset the girl and her family, Palacio decided to remove her son from this situation, which actually made the situation even worse. The book was written right after that incident, as it was inspired even more by the song Wonder.
